There is a dog at the Burbank Shelter named Francis. She is a senior dog and has been at the shelter for a very, very long time.  She is a sweet dog and is loved by the workers - which is why they have kept her around this long  The workers are protective of her and love her, but she deserves to live on the rest of her life in a loving home.  Right now her home is a kennel at the shelter, where she sleeps on the cold cement.
